APAC TEAM offers Full Service Engagement that includes all 4-D’s. We will Discover, Define, Develop and Deploy which means that we manage the end-to-end sales process for your products and services. We become your virtual team or your extended team in the Region carrying your business card and representing your company. This minimum engagement period is one year but in most cases it becomes an ongoing, long term partnership.
Full Service Engagement includes:
Representation across all regional business needs
Strategic and tactical plans worked up by APAC TEAM for sales success
If you are not ready for the Full Engagement Sales Model, APAC TEAM is pleased to offer a Medium Engagement Model. In this engagement, the scope of activity will be scaled back to address the first 2-D’s, Discover and Define. APAC TEAM will assess targeted markets to see if there is a market fit and what the sales potential could be. Findings will be presented to you via calls, meetings and status reports. This engagement generally lasts 3 to 6 months.
The Medium Service Engagement includes:
Definition of steps needed to enter specific market and grow (example: certification requirements)
As APAC TEAM is not Deploying, full participation is not needed
Can be done under APAC TEAM business card or your card
This engagement model is relevant for project to project basis. If you have specific “project” needs, in the Region, APAC TEAM is happy to assess how we can support. This engagement is a tightly scoped project that requires Asia based professionals to gather input and execute. The scope is up to you but generally focuses on D – Discover.
